Busy day. Golfed 9 holes at 9:15 this morning, did 3 loads of clothes and went to the store this afternoon. Just sat down and got these readings. 118/73 and 84 heart rate. I am on my 02 for awhile to get my body oxygenated. I am exhausted right now.
