6:36 AM an the readings are 146/87 and 68. Re checked my vitals at 8:30 am and got the following. 129/80 and 84.

Richard Pillers n Shirley Talley: After RV'ing for three years we have now parked and sold the RV. Better to sell it than to have it set and ruin. So, I am trying a new hobby. Working with clay. This is a record of my progress for me to view.
